As a Native American, Dr. Rodabaugh has chosen the Dreamcatcher as the logo for EEAS.
Native American cultural legends describe the use of the Dreamcatcher to protect against bad dreams. Tradition dictates that the Dreamcatcher be hung in the window to capture any bad dreams that may try to enter the room while someone is sleeping.
For many of us, bad dreams come in the form of indoor air quality problems, workplace injuries, exposure to toxic chemicals and dozens of other environmental, safety or health related issues in our lives.
EEAS is dedicated to assisting industry, government agencies and the public in protecting themselves from the "bad dreams" that impact our daily lives.
